Brave: My Word of the Year

The other day, I went to this amazing gift shop called Francesca's. They sell these neat signs. I found this one and immediately decided I needed it in my life. 

My word of the year is going to be BRAVE.  My goal is simple: to cast out fear and rely on God's promises.

Easier said than done, right? Especially for someone like me who is naturally very timid. But a life of fear... Is no kind of life at all.

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7
